1930s Antique Funeral Wedding Hotel Podium Stand, Pickup Only

After purchase new owner would have to make arrangements for pickup/ shipping, meaning responsible for the  packing, boxing, materials, shipping cost etc which I will coordinate with once podium is paid in full. Example I Previously brought items to the UPS Store who is local and do all the packing work for the customer for a charge, ships UPS at a cost and is fully insurable through them.
Top reading surface is wood and measures 17 1/2" across x 14 1/2" and 3/4" thick. Height to podium to top of wood reading surface not counting light is 44 1/4". Wood surface has old light fixture not wired and just sits in the two mounting holes for easy removal. Working condition of light is unknown. The top finish is wearing fading and could use a new coat of finish. Top has two wing nuts underside for easy removal also. The base is metal painted gold nonmagnetic with wire coming out and looks like pot metal, metal columns are magnetic probably from iron supports inside. Metal looks in good shape for the age and this podium is very usable as is or restore to former glory. Weight is around 19 pounds.
Guessing made 1920s – 1940s. Cool old floor podium and makes a great book display!! Pickup only/ Shipping through customers arrangements only.
