Vintage CAR TIRE Shaped POCKET WATCH Marvin Brand 15 Jewel Non-Magnetic TYRE

This is a genuine vintage Tire advertising pocket watch the exact name of the tire (tyre) I cannot quite make-out
Whatever the unrecognized tire brand IS?? It is not a brand that was likely ever sold over here in New Zealand
The watch is NOT RUNNING but the small wheel inside sometimes spins for a short while. I would imagine that this would still be of great DISPLAY VALUE in any Tire (tyre) collection display
I would GUESS that this was a high-quality GIVE-AWAY item that dates sometime between the two World Wars
It was SOLD TO ME as a "Going Watch" but was not operating on my receipt....It MAY BE an easy fix??
Any knowledgeable input as to WHAT brand of tire may be being promoted here would be MOST GRATEFULLY RECEIVED :-)
