This is a great piece of automotive advertising. Kelly Springfield Tires promotion Paper Mate Capri pen.
Estimate age to be from the late 1950's to early 1960's.
Not like the the cheap promotional pens you see now. This is a nice quality pen. Comes with original box that has price and text inside.
The box and pen are in great condition, never used, but ink in dried up.
